Masterise Homes is an exquisite branded property group in Vietnam. Among their projects, Lumière Boulevard stands out as the green paradise in the center of Ho Chi Minh City. In the first phase, the project cannot portrait a vivid selling point compare to their competitors. Masterise Homes correspondingly worked with Beau Agency & Beautique to find the answer.

Compared to competing luxury real estate projects in the District 9, Lumiere Boulevard hasn't had a meaningful USP despite it is a project from a reputable real estate development corporation.

We projected the scenery of the family dream with happy children growing up in fresh air and natural beauty. When the content has major impact on the customer’s psychology, the website would have a tremendous influence on stimulating their desire, thus naturally orientate them further down the later steps of the customer journey

Convey the luxuriousness in Green

The project brand guidelines, key visual and render images contains Forest Green as the primary tone and color. The solution is to balance the primary color with other colors and element, thus avoiding the desaturation in color using and the negative effect involving the user experience

The homepage- the welcoming platform - is the most important part on the website. The UI prioritizes optimal performance, ensure smooth experience and fulfill the role of the website as a strategic marketing channel for Masterise Homes in the sale opening phase

Reponsive UI design ensures users with optimal experience whether they’re on mobile platforms or other environments

The Project Page provides all the details customer needs to know, such as masterplan, amenities, floor plans, specifications, etc. The information layouts are carefully designed and calibrated to ensure the best experience for the customers
